Melissa Hobley
Chief Marketing Officer

Melissa Hobley is the Chief Marketing Officer for Buyology Inc. She joined the company in April 2010 and is responsible for the company's global marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Buyology Inc, Melissa was the VP of the Media & Entertainment and Consumer Brands divisions at Coburn Communication, a leading Public Relations and Marketing agency based in New York. During her tenure at Coburn, she established the agency as the leading firm for key product introductions in consumer and business media.

Melissa produced award winning communications programs for global consumer brands, including Boots, Elizabeth Arden, HSN, Del Monte, Dick's Sporting Goods (Nike ACG & Reebok launches), Forever 21, Hearst, Nielsen Business Media (The CLIO Awards), SEGA of America, TD Bank and Torrid.

Throughout her career Melissa has created communications campaigns for some of the hottest brands in media, including Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, PBS, Men's Health & Women's Health magazines, Warner Bros and Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine. Her work for Tyra Banks/Bankable Productions earned two consecutive Emmy Awards.

Melissa is a sought-after media trainer, and an expert in preparing executives and spokespeople for interviews and public speaking. She is regularly called upon as an expert in marketing and communications strategy and has appeared as an expert in The New York Times, WWD, and other publications.

Melissa is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), NY Women in Communications, and The CMO Club.
